AGM

2023-2024 Annual General Meeting Announcement

The AGM meeting will be in the Bob Rintoul Hall, CP Arena on Wednesday May 22, 2024, 7-8pm.

As per the CPGHA Constitution, the business of the AGM shall include the following:

Presentation and adoption of the minutes* of the previous AGM and any Special General Meetings held during the hockey season
Presentations of awards, Reports of Executive and Committees, Financial statements for the hockey year
The budget for the ensuing year
Election of new Executive (role descriptions and list of open positions can be found here)
Motions to adopt, amend, revise, or repeal Articles of the Constitution
Other business of interest and concern to members
