2024-2025 Annual General Meeting Announcement

The AGM meeting will be in the Bob Rintoul Hall, CP Arena on Wednesday June 4th 2025, 7-9pm.

As per the CPGHA Constitution, the business of the AGM shall include the following:

• Call meeting to order
• Approval of minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
• Board reports
• Election of executive (see list below)
• Questions from the membership
• New business (including motions to adopt, amend, revise, or repeal Articles of the Constitution*)
• Adjournment

Amendments to the Constitution

As per the CPGHA Constitution, notices of motion or amendment to the Constitution must be received in writing to the Secretary no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
